Please be advised that Jisc Online Surveys will be unavailable from 17:00 – 20:00 on Tuesday 17 November 2020. This period of downtime is scheduled for us to make important changes that will ensure our continued high level of service.
What will be offline?
During this window, users will not be able to log in to Online Surveys and respondents will not be able to access open surveys.
What will respondents see if they attempt to access a survey?
Respondents will see a page that advises them that maintenance is being undertaken by Jisc and that they should return later.
What actions should I take?
You don’t need to do anything, but you may want to take this period of downtime into account when thinking about your survey launch date or issuing invitation/reminder emails.
