A survey author can edit both the survey short name and the respondents’ tokens to create shorter personalised URLs.
The survey short name can be edited in the 
Distribution settings screen.
Tokens can be edited in the 
Survey access control screen. We advise caution when editing or shortening tokens. If tokens are guessable, people with access to the base survey URL may be able to infer respondents’ personalised links and inappropriately use them to complete the survey.
