Yes. You can upload files that are below 10Mb in size and within a range of allowed formats to the 
Survey files section of your survey.
Once the files have been uploaded to your survey, you can insert a link to each file into a question or note in your survey. Your respondents then click on the link to open the file.

If your file is larger than 10Mb or is not in one of the allowed file formats, you can host the file elsewhere and then insert a link to it into a note or question. In this case, please refer to our Help article on adding video or other media content to a survey for more information.
